Students can access both in-person and online drop-in advising throughout Spring semester. Get academic guidance without the need for an appointment during the designated hours listed below:

In-Person Drop-Ins

To check in for an in-person advising session, visit the front desk and sign up for a time slot.
Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis and matched with the next available advisor.

Please note, students can only check in virtually during the scheduled drop-in hours.

Virtual and Phone Drop-Ins

Virtual advising is available through Zoom. When it’s your turn, an advisor will get in touch with you via email (UNT Eagle Connect) and text to share the Zoom link. Also, an advisor can get in touch with you by the phone number you have listed on your student account.

To participate: 

  1. Log into your Navigate account (available via mobile app or desktop version): Navigate UNT 
  2. Select Appointments 
  3. Choose Schedule an Appointment 
  4. Click View Drop-In Times 
  5. Select the "College of Applied and Collaborative Studies Drop-In With An Advisor" service 
  6. Choose an available time and select Check-in with the first available

Change of Major Drop-Ins
