Our program is ideal for non-traditional students with prior academic and non-academic credits, such as military, vocational, technical, or experiential learning. You can transfer up to 90 credit hours, helping you save both time and money as you work toward your degree.

The BAAS program redefines education with a strong focus on innovation, flexibility, and career readiness. Offering hybrid and fully online learning formats, the program empowers students to customize their educational journey while engaging with cutting-edge tools and resources across a range of fields. Students can gain practical experience with business systems, geographic information systems (GIS), and industry-standard software, as well as tools used in the humanities and social sciences, such as qualitative and quantitative data analysis software, digital archives, and cultural mapping techniques. Through a hands-on approach to learning, the program also develops essential skills in communication, collaboration, creative problem solving, information analysis, and networking, preparing students to thrive in diverse, rapidly evolving industries. The program prepares students for diverse roles by offering specializations in fields
such as project management, data analytics, leadership development, marketing, industrial
distribution, enology and brewing, applied heritage management, and various areas within the humanities
and social sciences, including psychology, sociology, rehabilitation, human development,
anthropology, english literature, and philosophy.
Potential careers include supply chain managers, logistics specialists, sales executives,
entrepreneurs, public administrators, museum curators, cultural resource managers,
roles in the wine and beer industries such as brewery managers and wine production
specialists, as well as environmental resource managers, financial analysts, marketing
managers, project managers (business, non-profit, and government), social media marketers,
and purchasing managers.
